The villa is about 3 km from Casale Marittimo and about 3 km from Bibbona. The road is narrow but well maintained. Marina di Bibbona is 12 km away and Cecina Beach is 15 km away. The nearest beaches are about five minutes away by car. Parking is uncovered, free and limited to five cars.

The property is for private lease only. The property is not fenced. Pets are accepted only on request and incur a fee of €80 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site. The pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
