The property is available only as a whole private structure. The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed only on request and incur a fee of €80 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site.
Getting there
The villa is about 3 km from Casale Marittimo and Bibbona. Marina di Bibbona is 12 km away and Cecina Beach is 15 km away. The nearest beaches are about five minutes away by car. The access road is narrow but well maintained. Parking is uncovered, free and limited to five cars.
