The owners live in an apartment on the top floor with an independent entrance and do not use the park or pool.

It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, measures 10 x 4 metres, has a depth of 1 to 2.20 metres, and has Roman steps, lighting, chlorine purification, sunbeds, chaises longues, an umbrella and a cold-water shower.

Cortona is about 650 metres away. The access roads include 50 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is about 20 metres from the house in a lower position and is reached by a downhill path with wide steps. The nearest listed beaches are Marina di Grosseto, 155 km away, and Orbetello, 185 km away. Three covered parking spaces are available.

The property is available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The owners live in a separate apartment with an independent entrance and do not use the park or pool.
