Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The house spans three floors; stairs lead to the first-floor bedrooms. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 15 km away. Sa Pobla train station is 4 km away and the Búger bus stop is 0.5 km away. There is no private beach access.
