## About the house

The street-level entrance opens into a living room with satellite television. A Mallorcan-style arch connects it to an air-conditioned kitchen-dining room with a ceramic hob, industrial appliances and terrace access. A shower bathroom is on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning: one has two single beds and two have a double bed each. A second shower bathroom is on the first floor. A cot, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The lower level, alongside the pool, has a game room and a dining area with a fridge and sink. The chlorine pool measures 8 by 4 metres and is 0.4–1.5 metres deep. Lawn and Mallorcan stone surround the pool, with space for four hammocks. A small porch provides a place to sit, and the upper terrace has a barbecue. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Búger has basic services. Port d’Alcúdia beach and ferry are 15 km away; the port area has restaurants, bars and shops. Golf Alcanada is 23.1 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 47.9 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 4 km away, and the Búger bus stop is 0.5 km away. Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 9.5 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
