House rules
Non-smoking villa. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. A 14-night minimum stay applies during New Year. Resort registration is mandatory, with fees paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. Booking is subject to final owner confirmation and based on double occupancy per bedroom. The security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 0.6 mi away. One four-seat golf cart is included for travel within the community. Resort registration is required before arrival for access to Casa de Campo resort amenities.
