## About the house

The recently constructed villa sleeps eight and connects its furnished living area to the pool terrace and garden through glass window walls. Air conditioning serves the living and dining areas, bedrooms, and kitchen. The indoor dining table seats eight, and there is an outdoor dining area, chaise loungers, and a garden terrace.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining space and includes a dishwasher, kitchen basics, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dish scrubber, and paper towels. A housekeeper/cook, waiter, and one four-seat golf cart are included. Other facilities include a BBQ, washer, dryer, parking space, Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer, hot water, television with satellite or cable, smart TV, and speaker system.

Each bedroom has air conditioning, a high-vaulted ceiling, garden access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and separate walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has direct garden access.

Minitas Beach is 0.6 mi away, Altos de Chavon is 1.5 mi away, and The Marina is 2.8 mi away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.8 mi away; the Tennis Center is 1.9 mi away and the Shooting Center is 3.4 mi away.

Advance resort registration is required for resort amenity access. Registered guests receive a Casa de Campo ID card for their stay, providing access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

An 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee are additional. Booking is subject to final owner confirmation and based on double occupancy per bedroom. The security deposit is equivalent to one night's stay.
