The villa is outside Portoferraio. Local shops and services are approximately 500 metres away; groceries are 500 metres away and a supermarket is 1 kilometre away. The beaches of Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco, Lacona and Biodola are 4.5 km, 4.7 km, 5 km and 7 km away respectively. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The swimming pool is reached by an internal garden path approximately 100 metres from the villa.

This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is enclosed by one-metre-high electrowelded mesh fencing. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum booked guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Fireplaces are ornamental.
