It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in Sant'Arcangelo, between Castiglione del Lago and Magione, on a hill above Lake Trasimeno. Shops and essential services are approximately 8 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Three uncovered parking spaces are outside the driveway gate.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Small-sized pets are allowed. The property is fully enclosed by a 1.20 m-high wire-mesh fence.
