The first-floor apartment is accessed via a terrace and accommodates up to six guests. The living room has a single sofa bed and television. An independent kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dining table, with direct access to the garden.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second has two single beds and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a bidet and shower stall. Air conditioning is available in the common area, alongside independent heat-pump heating, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table. The large garden and barbecue are shared with the accommodation above, and there are other accommodations in the building.

Catania airport is about 40 minutes away by car, and Syracuse train station is less than 10 minutes away by car.
