The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. Resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day, $12 per child ages 4–12 per day, and no charge for children under 4. An additional 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee apply. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Amenities, staffing and images may change.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is within walking distance, 0.6 miles away. The Marina is 2.8 miles away and Altos de Chavon is 1.5 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop, Equestrian Center and Tennis Center are each about 1.8–1.9 miles away; the Shooting Center is 3.4 miles away. The villa has second-floor balconies.
