## About the house

Each of the six bedrooms has a private ensuite. The primary bedroom also has a separate private TV room. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 through 5 have king beds; Guest Bedroom 6 has queen bedding. A separate main-floor air-conditioned TV room has a sofa and private bathroom.

The main living area has plush furnishings and a large TV, with large openings connecting it to the patio. A dining table seats 10, and an island bar provides additional space for breakfasts and drinks. The kitchen comes with kitchen basics. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, parking space, safe, hair dryer, hot water and satellite or cable TV.

The private pool is beside sun loungers and outdoor living areas. Second-floor balconies provide additional outdoor space. A housekeeper, chef and waiter are included throughout the stay.

The villa is within a private gated community. Resort registration before arrival provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center, subject to the resort fee.

Concierge arrangements can include airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet-and-greet, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

The villa is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. Resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day, $12 per child ages 4–12 per day, and no charge for children under 4. An additional 18% service fee and the Casa de Campo resort fee apply. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Amenities, staffing and images may change.
