The house

The 70 m² house stands on a 3,000 m² plot surrounded by woodland. A furnished terrace provides space for outdoor meals, with an electric barbecue, parasols and sun loungers. The swimming pool is partly carved into natural rock, measures 6 × 5 metres and has a maximum depth of 1.80 metres. A donkey named Miquelet lives on neighbouring grounds.

The interiors feature stone walls and exposed wooden beams. The living room has satellite television and central heating; entertainment equipment also includes DVD and CD players. The open-plan kitchen and dining area include a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating. The bathroom has a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided, together with a cot and high chair. There is no air conditioning or Wi-Fi.

The house is reached by a narrow, winding road and has limited mobile reception. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Campanet is 6 km away, and Pollença is around 20 minutes away by car. Puerto de Pollença beach is about 19 km away; Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 17.3 km away.
