## About the house

Pacific views and a large private saltwater pool define Casa de Palmas, a four-suite home in the mountains above Dominicalito. Between Dominical and Uvita, the villa offers an airy kitchen, dining and living space that opens toward the tropical surroundings.

The owner’s suite and second suite are on the main floor; two further suites are upstairs with balconies. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the published maximum occupancy is eight. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, outdoor grilling, a workspace and free-use washer and dryer support a comfortable stay. No spaces or amenities are shared.

A custom front-door PIN is provided for arrival after 3 pm.

## Are all bedrooms suites?
Yes. All four bedrooms have private bathrooms. Two are on the main floor and two upstairs.

## What is nearby?
Dominicalito, Dominical and Uvita offer beaches, restaurants, shops, surfing and tours. The concierge can assist with activities and transport.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A baby travel bed can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice. Starter kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies are provided.
