Remodeled and redecorated in 2018, the home has ceramic tile in the main living areas, bamboo bedroom floors and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The living room includes a 55-inch Smart UHD TV with surround sound, a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth speaker and a fireplace. The adjacent game room has an eight-foot pool table. Cushioned lounge chairs surround the outdoor pool area. Three bedrooms are in the main house; the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are in the separate private casita. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided.

The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are in a separate private casita. Palm Canyon Drive is one mile west; Palm Springs International Airport is less than two miles east. Tahquitz Canyon is three miles southwest, Indian Canyons is six miles south, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is seven miles west. Golf courses are within a short drive.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or from the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00 am–10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional fee; request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival and arrange payment before check-in.
