The house and pool are private. A covered grill rancho across the street is shared with two other homes, free to use and available first come, first served. Request use ahead of time.

An unmanned gate provides remote-control access 24 hours during the stay.

For stays over twenty-five nights, guests pay for electricity and provide a valid credit card at check-in for that charge.

The home is beside the golf course, with small grocery shops nearby and Ojochal beaches within roughly ten to fifteen minutes. The concierge can assist with transport.
