The house

The condo has an open-plan living and dining area with tropical décor, a dining table for four and large sliding doors. The oversized ocean-view lanai offers outdoor dining for four. The primary bedroom has a remodeled ensuite and lanai access; additional sleeping accommodation is available in the guest bedroom and living room.

The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, mango wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, wine fridge, dishes and utensils. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron and a hair dryer are provided. Entertainment includes a smart TV and satellite or cable TV.

Shared facilities include an ocean-facing saltwater pool, a freshwater pool with loungers, community barbecues, cabana spaces, tropical landscaping, a sandy sunbathing area and shoreline access. Beach access, shops, cafés and dining are within walking distance. Historic Kailua Village, water-sport rentals, farmers markets and golf courses are a short drive away.

The condo has a private entrance and free parking. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are offered. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting. Children are welcome; smoking is not allowed. A car is recommended, and electric-vehicle charging is unavailable at the property.
