The house

Casa De Emdeko 222 is set within landscaped tropical gardens, two miles from historic Kailua-Kona Village. Its private lanai has garden and peekaboo ocean views, outdoor dining for four and roll-down sun shades.

The living room has local artwork, a queen sleeper sofa, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable and sliding doors to the lanai. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and direct bathroom access. The upgraded bathroom has dual vanities, and a bathtub is available.

The open kitchen has a breakfast bar for three, white cabinetry and upgraded appliances. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, blender, cookware and utensils. A dining area provides additional meal seating.

Shared complex facilities include an oceanfront saltwater pool, a freshwater pool among the gardens, a sandy lounge area, a shaded cabana, ocean-view barbecue stations and tennis access. Elevator access is available. The condo includes a full-sized washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. Onsite parking is free.
