Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors and in the room is prohibited. Pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Visitors must be registered in advance with the condominium administration; overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Guests must not leave personal items in the garage. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas and not flushing toilet paper. Identification documents for all guests are requested after confirmation. Cleaning included in the stay is performed at checkout; extra cleaning and linen changes may incur a fee. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur.

The house is in a condominium in Lagoa da Conceição and has private access to the lagoon, a small beach and a pier. Praia do Campeche is stated as 5 km away, Dunas da Joaquina 6 km away, Shopping Villa Romana 11 km away, and Florianópolis International Airport 12 km away. The condominium has shared pools, tennis courts and a barbecue kiosk. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons.
