House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Local regulations require a meeting with the property manager within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. A two-night minimum applies.

Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is within five miles. The community is close to Highway 111 and Palm Canyon, with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, including 4 Paws Coffee. Joshua Tree National Park is less than an hour away.
