House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Registration of all guests is required. A €250 deposit may be requested for booking the whole house. A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation; the balance is due at check-in. The 30% deposit must be paid within five business days of availability confirmation, or the reservation is cancelled. In case of no-show or cancellation less than six days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
Getting there
The house is in Ameixoeira, in the parish of Estreito, Oleiros. A 10 km circular walking route, OLR PR4 – Trilhos do Estreito, starts at the house. The Igreja in Estreito is 2.5 km away.
