The villa has seven air-conditioned bedrooms, an open living area with sofas and a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and wireless internet throughout the house. A large private pool and two covered patios provide outdoor gathering areas. The beach-facing patio has a wet bar, dining table and seating; the rear patio faces the pool and includes a game room with a pool table and ping pong table. Other features include a gas grill and cable TV. Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are nearby. Daily cleaning and an overnight doorman are available as property services. Standard concierge service is included throughout the stay, with upgrades available. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included.

The villa is directly on the sands of Jaco Beach, with beach access and ocean views. Bedrooms 1–3 are upstairs; Bedrooms 4–7 are on the ground floor. A half bathroom is on the ground floor next to the living room.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Groups above 12 guests are subject to an extra-person charge. Exceptions may be considered for couples and families with children. Minimum stays are three nights in green and high seasons and six nights in peak season. Families with children, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette groups, and groups of couples are welcome.
