The tropical setting may involve occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles. Power outages may occur due to falling branches or weather, and the local spring water supply may occasionally be interrupted. Pool maintenance personnel may require access to the house on maintenance days.
Getting there
The villa is approximately a five-minute walk from Marino Ballena National Park and Beach. It is approximately 3.5 hours by car from San José Airport; an alternative route is a 20-minute flight from San José to Quepos Airport followed by 50 minutes by car.
