Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Later check-out is available on request at no additional cost. Pets and children are not allowed. The minimum stay is 5 nights. Private staff accommodation is available separately from the guest bedrooms, subject to prior arrangement. Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of amounts paid, less processing fees; cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Getting there
The residence is above the Pacific in Escaleras, Dominical, with ocean views. The property is intended for adult guests and is not suitable for children.
