What are the check-in and check-out times?
Digital access to the building is available 24 hours. Check-in begins at noon. Early check-in from 8:00 is free, subject to availability; very early check-in from 6:00 includes breakfast and has an additional charge. Late check-out is flexible subject to availability. Published check-out times differ; please confirm the applicable time before arrival.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. All stays include continental breakfast served in the dining room from 6:30 to 9:30. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options are available by advance request.
Can rooms accommodate additional guests?
Extra beds are available for family or group reservations. They must be requested in advance and have an additional charge.
Are airport transfers available?
Private airport transfers can be coordinated. Transport alternatives can also be suggested, and tours with certified guides can be arranged.
Where is the hotel located?
At Concha y Toro #13, in the Concha y Toro heritage neighborhood of Santiago Centro, near the metro and Plaza Brasil.
