The apartment accommodates four guests on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Its balcony overlooks Canale delle Moline.

Bologna central train station is 1 km away, and the airport is 25 minutes away by car. The city center is a limited-traffic zone; leaving the car in a parking facility and exploring the old town on foot is recommended.
