The living room has four sofas, including a double sofa bed, a television and a dining table with chairs. Large windows overlook the sea, and a veranda has armchairs. The adjoining compact kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a television. It opens onto a veranda with a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer; an iron is also available.

A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the terrace. Its covered area has a rocking chair, table and chairs, while the open area has deckchairs for sunbathing.

Addaura is a seaside village of Palermo, southeast of Mondello Beach, on the seafront connecting Mondello to Monte Pellegrino. The area has coves and a marina overlooking the Gulf of Mondello.

Access is via a small road with mountain views and a lookout at its end. The terrace is reached by a spiral staircase from the living room. A car is recommended for getting around. The airport is a 24-minute drive away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
