House rules
This is a private facility available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced. A couple may occasionally reside in a second wing of the villa; they do not have access to the swimming pool or the part of the garden near the outdoor dining area. When the property is rented under this arrangement, no other guests will be present on site.
Getting there
The villa is in Monteleone d’Orvieto, 2 km from the town. The property has 100 metres of gravel access road and an uncovered parking area for three cars. The swimming pool is about 25 metres from the house and is open seasonally from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
