## About the house

The villa has a furnished main living area with a sectional, wicker poufs and a large television, plus a separate air-conditioned TV area. Sliding glass doors open toward the garden. The dining table seats eight, and the open kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. An outdoor bar and BBQ serve the pool terrace, with ocean and pool views from the outdoor spaces.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a spacious closet and doors to a private patio; its bathroom has a freestanding tub, dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, closet space, a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed, minimalist furnishings, a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower and bathtub. Guest Bedroom 4 has double-bed accommodation and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower.

A concierge, housekeeper, chef, butler and gardener are included, together with two four-seater golf carts for exploring the community. Wi-Fi, cable television, a speaker system, washer, dryer, parking, a safe, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo and essentials are provided. The building has an elevator and a lanai/balcony.

The Marina is 0.2 miles away, Minitas Beach is 1.5 miles away and Altos de Chavon is 2.4 miles away. The Tennis Center, Golf Pro Shop, Equestrian Center and Shooting Center are between 2.7 and 4.7 miles away. Resort registration is required before arrival, and separate resort and service fees apply.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Resort registration is required before arrival. Resort fees are paid directly to Casa de Campo: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 are complimentary. An 18% service fee and the resort fee are excluded from nightly accommodation charges. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies. Christmas and New Year stays require a minimum of 10 nights.
