Listing description

In the heart of Bologna’s historic center, the Centotrecento neighborhood offers the perfect balance of history, culture, and city life. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, and the Central Station, it’s ideal for exploring the city without needing public transportation. Located next to the lively university district, it’s full of restaurants, traditional taverns, and quaint bars, while still offering quiet, authentically Bolognese corners.

The apartment features a living room furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, and an open kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a French bed. Finally, the apartment layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet, and a smaller bathroom with a shower and toilet.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.

Bologna Airport and Bologna Central Station are about 25 and 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, respectively.
