## About the house

The villa has 1,050 square meters of indoor and outdoor living space arranged around a centenary Ceiba tree. The main living room has vaulted wooden ceilings and garden views. Two formal dining tables seat up to 16, and a separate air-conditioned studio has a 75-inch television.

The main kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, utensils and kitchen supplies. Beside the private pool, a covered gazebo contains a second fully equipped kitchen, living area, television, outdoor seating and a dining table seating 10. A barbecue, washer, dryer, satellite or cable television, speaker system, safe, hair dryer, shampoo and hot water are available.

Each of the four bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and direct garden access. Guest bedroom 2 has a vanity and walk-in shower; guest bedroom 3 has access toward the pool area.

A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included. Concierge arrangements are available for airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Dye Fore Golf Course and Altos de Chavon are within walking distance. Casa de Campo Marina is approximately a 30-minute walk away. Resort registration provides access to designated facilities, including Minitas Beach, the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must complete Casa de Campo resort registration before arrival. Mandatory registration fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for ages 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and no fee for children under 4. Christmas and New Year stays require a seven-night minimum. Booking charges are based on double occupancy per bedroom and exclude an 18% service fee and the resort fee. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies.
