Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Use energy responsibly: 30 kWh per night are included, with an additional charge for excess consumption. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

A car is recommended. Campanet town and its bus stop are 0.95 km away; Sa Pobla train station is 5.7 km away. Platja d'Alcúdia is 17 km away, while Alcúdia and beaches such as Playa de Muro are a 15–20 minute drive away. Palma de Mallorca airport is 44.8 km away, Golf d'Alcanada is 13 km away, Alcúdia ferry is 12 km away and Hospital d'Inca is 7 km away. The house is arranged over two floors.
