## About the house

The outdoor space has trees and plants, a private chlorinated pool measuring 6 × 4 m with depths of 1–1.60 m, ten sun loungers, a terrace with a table and chairs, a furnished porch and a traditional Mallorcan barbecue.

The ground floor contains a living room with TV, a dining area, a separate equipped kitchen with gas hobs, and two bedrooms with twin beds, one arranged as a double. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; all three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. All five bedrooms have wardrobes. Three full bathrooms with showers and bidets are distributed across both floors. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a cot is available. Free Wi-Fi and a change of towels and sheets during the stay are included.

The villa is surrounded by rural landscapes and vineyards near the Serra de Tramuntana. Nearby places to visit include Coves de Campanet and the Fonts Ufanes nature reserve. Alcúdia and sandy beaches such as Playa de Muro are a 15–20 minute drive away. A car is recommended for the stay and for exploring the surrounding area.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Use energy responsibly: 30 kWh per night are included, with an additional charge for excess consumption. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
