House rules
The third bedroom and bunk room are downstairs and accessed by stairs outside the main house. Occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles may occur in this tropical environment. Power outages and interruptions to the spring water supply can occur. Pool maintenance requires maintenance-team access to the house on maintenance days.
Getting there
Playa Matapalo is approximately 5 minutes away by car. A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory to access the property. San José Airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car; by air, the flight to Quepos Airport takes approximately 20 minutes followed by approximately 40 minutes by car.
