House rules
Intended for families and guests over 27 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The wood stove cannot be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two storeys and neighbours nearby. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 32 km away; the beach can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.
