## About the house

The two-storey house, built in 1970 and renovated in 2008, has a natural-stone facade, traditional cement-tiled floors and modern furniture. It stands within the village, with neighbours nearby. Outdoor spaces include spacious terraces, a furnished porch, a barbecue and a front terrace for outdoor dining. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 3.5 metres and is 0.8–1.6 metres deep, with 10 sun loungers and two parasols.

On the ground floor are two living rooms, one with a TV, and a kitchen opening onto the terrace and a dining area seating 10. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. This floor also has a separate shower bathroom and a double bedroom with a closet and en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, a closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. One upstairs bedroom opens onto a small private terrace overlooking the pool. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are provided.

Mancor de la Vall is a base for hiking and cycling in the Tramuntana mountains. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car; Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 32 km away. Son Sant Joan airport is 45.3 km away, Inca train station 5.4 km, the village bus stop 0.3 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 32 km, Alcanada Golf 35.5 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 6.8 km.

Intended for families and guests over 27 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The wood stove cannot be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
