Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. Infants under two do not count toward the guest count. If infants bring the party above the maximum occupancy, enter only the adults and children in the booking and message the host about the infants joining. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $500 is held one day after arrival and voided three days after departure. Credit cards are accepted. Optional housekeeping is available.
Getting there
Boca Catalina and Arashi beaches are a 3–5-minute drive away. The airport is 7.5 miles away, with a driving time of 20–30 minutes depending on traffic. Potential construction noise from the home behind the villa is expected from September to mid-December 2026. Work hours are 07:30–16:00, Monday through Saturday. Intermittent hammering, drilling and later-year tile-cutting may occur; noise levels and the impact on individual stays may vary.
