## About the house

The three-storey house has a living-dining room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Oil central heating serves the whole house, and a cot and high chair are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and separate hydromassage shower cabin. A separate toilet with washbasin is also on this floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms with two single beds each; three have wardrobes, three have air conditioning and two open onto a terrace. Each pair of upstairs bedrooms shares an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside are a furnished porch with a large dining table, chairs and sofas, a barbecue, a tennis court and table tennis. The chlorinated pool measures 11 × 5 m and is 0.9–1.8 m deep, with eight sun loungers nearby. The grounds include more than 200 m² of lawn, plants and trees, a hen house where guests can collect eggs, and fruit trees whose fruit guests can pick. The plot is fenced and offers privacy. Exterior parking accommodates eight cars.

The finca lies between Ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi. Es Port beach in Colonia de Sant Jordi is 2.4 km away, and Colonia de Sant Jordi is 2.3 km away. The surrounding area has supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and cafés.
