Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and runs until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The entrance is a few steps above ground level. Turin Caselle Airport is 20 km away; Turin Porta Nuova station is 4 km away.
