The house

Casa Blue sits within a private gated community. Its expansive polished-stone terrace has a private pool, hot tub, loungers, outdoor seating, BBQ and shaded palapa with landscape views. The interiors feature white walls, high wood ceilings, marble floors and two chandeliers; the glass dining table seats 14.

Three bedrooms are upstairs and Guest Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and ceiling fan. The primary bedroom also has a walk-in closet and two rain showers in its ensuite. A separate powder room is also available.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer, ice machine, blender, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The villa has a washer and dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, safe, hair dryers, hot water, outdoor lighting and free parking. Provided supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish scrubber, paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, and lotion.

A housekeeper and waiter are included. Caribbean Paradise Homes can arrange private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet-and-greet service, tours, excursions, dining reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Minitas Beach is approximately 0.5 mile away and within walking distance. The marina, golf pro shop and equestrian center are each approximately 2.2 miles away; the Tennis Center is 2.3 miles away, the Shooting Center 2.9 miles away and Altos de Chavon 3.6 miles away.

Advance resort registration provides access to Casa de Campo facilities, including the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, towels and chaise lounges at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach, and Central Romana Medical Center services. Registration is paid directly to the resort upon arrival, and each guest receives an ID card for the registered stay dates.
