## About the house

The house has an open-plan living and dining room with air conditioning and satellite TV, connected to a kitchen with a ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer and crockery. A washing machine and iron are available.
