The villa has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with air conditioning, a ceramic hob and a Smart TV with satellite channels. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have two single beds each, and two have one double bed each. Bedroom 4 has an en suite shower bathroom.
