Casa Blanca accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds, supplied with bed linens. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional guest half-bath. The primary bathroom has a shower and bathtub; the secondary full bathroom has a shower. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.

The full-size kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and includes a microwave, oven/stove, baking sheet and blender. The living area has a flat-screen TV, and the dining table seats six. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; no loud music, gatherings or noise during these hours. Visitors and outside guests require advance host approval. Parties and events require written host approval before the stay. Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved by the host before arrival. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, not inside. Do not exceed six guests or move or rearrange furniture. No open flames or candles indoors. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written host approval. Report damage or maintenance issues immediately. Lock doors and windows when leaving. Turn off AC and heat when leaving the property, and lights and fans when leaving rooms. Conserve water and do not leave taps running unnecessarily. Before departure, wash dishes, leave the kitchen clean, place used towels and linens in the bathroom, and put trash in designated bins. Optional concierge experiences require confirmation of their availability, applicability, currency and price before any charge. Cancellation policy: full refund at least five days before check-in; less than five days before check-in, 50% refund of the nightly rate; after check-in, nights spent are charged plus 50% of unspent nights.
