The villa has 12 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, shared lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area and a wet bar. Outdoor spaces include a second-floor infinity pool, an ocean-view jacuzzi, multiple balconies, a third-floor open-air terrace and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a third-floor living room and a rancho/patio. Standard concierge service is included throughout the stay, with upgrades available. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included. Airport transfers, private chef service, bartenders, daily housekeeping, tours and excursions can be booked through JacoVIP; an overnight doorman service is also offered.

Standard occupancy is up to 18 people; exceptions may be considered for families and couples with children. Minimum stays are 3 nights from May 1 to December 15 and January 6 to April 30, and 7 nights from December 16 to January 5.
