## About the house

Casa Bentu has a living area with a dining table and TV, overlooked by a kitchen equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor: one has a queen-size bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower stall, and a hairdryer is provided.

Guests have access to an outdoor space with a cold-water outdoor shower. Wi-Fi, an iron and a portable fan are available.

Baia Caddinas beach is a five-minute walk away. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the port of Olbia are 19 km away; the port of Golfo Aranci is 5 km away.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
