The house

The villa is arranged on one floor, with an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living area has a television and air conditioning, and the kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A breakfast bar has four stools. There are two bedrooms, each with one double bed, and one bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 7.45 × 4.5 metres and is 1.20–1.80 metres deep. The grounds include sun loungers, a garden, terrace, barbecue and a porch for outdoor dining. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available.

Vejer de la Frontera is a 10-minute drive away, with a stated town distance of 5.8 km. Barbate is 4.5 km away. El Palmar beach offers golden sand, beach bars and restaurants. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR applies; consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed.
