## About the house

Casa Aventura spans a gated four-acre estate in Ojochal, with ocean views, a large covered patio and a private pool. Five bedrooms accommodate thirteen guests, including two king suites in the main house and a detached queen suite just a few metres away.

The main suites have private bathrooms, and one offers indoor and jungle-facing showers. A family bedroom has a queen bed and a double-and-single bunk; another has a queen bed. Air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, outdoor grilling, washer and dryer and a poolside half bathroom support group stays. There are no shared spaces.

## How does arrival work?
24-hour check-in is advertised. Remote-control pickup instructions and a reservation-specific PIN are supplied 24 hours before arrival and in the digital guidebook.

## What can the manager arrange?
The concierge can help arrange a private chef, local activities and transport. A travel cot is available for an extra fee when requested ahead. Starter kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies are provided.
