## About the house

The 2,575-square-foot home accommodates up to 12 guests, with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and additional sleeping space in the loft. The main level has a large rustic wood dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a six-burner gas stove. Two living rooms each have seating and a 65-inch television.

Two large outdoor areas include a covered patio and a balcony with a built-in grill, seating and a 56-inch television. A garden, terrace, bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer are available. The private garage accommodates two vehicles, with free driveway parking for two more.

Shared facilities at The Reserve at Lake Travis include lake docks and marinas, pickleball courts, a playscape, a fishing pond and fire pits. Dock or marina fees may apply. Guests should bring their own pickleball rackets and balls, fishing rods and fire-pit materials. Any borrowed fishing rods, paddles and balls must be returned after use; fees may apply. Common areas are not managed by FCM Homes.

The shared pool, Lazy River and all water attractions are currently closed, with the pool and Lazy River expected to reopen by the end of 2026. Food and beverage areas and The Lodge are also currently closed.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets and smoking on the premises are not allowed. Bring personal recreational equipment and fire-pit materials. Return any borrowed fishing rods, pickleball paddles and balls after use; fees may apply.
