House rules

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the reservation. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Return moved furniture to its original location. Place trash in the designated bins and do not put plastic bags in recycling.

Getting there

Parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway, with no garage access. Lake Travis water levels may be lower than the photos show due to drought. Community common areas are not managed by the property operator; bring your own supplies and use them at your discretion. Dock or marina use may incur extra fees. Bring your own pickleball rackets and balls, fishing rods and fire-pit materials. The Lodge, pool areas and water attractions are currently closed; the community pool and Lazy River are closed for repairs until late 2026.
