## About the house

Ocean and mountain views surround Casa Arcoiris y Sonrisa in a gated Ojochal community. The open kitchen and living spaces connect to a covered patio and private pool, with large doors inviting mountain breezes indoors.

Two king suites and a queen suite accommodate six guests, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The owner’s suite opens onto the pool and includes a walk-in closet and smart TV. Air conditioning also serves the living room. A private covered carport, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities support the stay. There are no shared spaces.

A 4x4 is strongly recommended, though the manager says most other vehicles can arrive without difficulty. Guests must supply a phone number to receive an HOA security QR code by text before arrival. Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas are around fifteen to twenty minutes away.

## Property questions

## How does access work?
The manager supplies the exact location and gate passcode before check-in. A phone number is required for the HOA to send a QR code by text. Guests have unrestricted access during their stay.

## Is the pool shared?
No. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property and private pool.

## What can the concierge arrange?
The team can assist with airport transport, tours, activity bookings, grocery delivery information and restaurant reservations. A travel cot can be rented for an extra fee with at least 48 hours notice.
